Top results in coding competition
We are delighted to announce the incredible successes of our students in the computer and digital sciences through their participation in the Concours Castor. The Concours Castor is an annual competition which takes place throughout 50 countries.
Under the supervision of a teacher, students participate either on their own or in a pair in the competition. The competition covers various aspects of computing such as information and representation, algorithmic thinking, application use, data structures, logic games, computing and society.
This year, over 520,000 participants competed throughout France and abroad in the French category, and we are happy to announce the results of our students. In all year groups, at least one pair of students came in the top 100 out of tens of thousands of participants – and special congratulations to Elliot and Noé who came a staggering 3rd out of 39,291 pairs for the Year 9 level!
Congratulations to all our students for their enthusiastic participation in the competition and a huge thank you to the teachers who supported them! Bravo !
