Terms & Conditions
Bursaries
At Ecole Jeannine Manuel, all bursaries are need-based. Subject to available resources, we are committed to providing bursarial support to families with demonstrated financial need for pupils of all nationalities whom we believe are likely to flourish at our school.
At present, 11% of our pupils benefit from financial aid covering an average of two thirds of their school fees and we aim to grow this to 20% over the next five years.
Upper School Bursaries
A special Upper School bursary fund has been setup through the generosity of our donors.
Means-tested bursaries are available regardless of the course of study: OIB or IB track. They can reach 92% of school fees and will be renewed year-on-year, unless a family’s financial circumstances change significantly.
How to apply for a bursary
Parents are asked to complete an online Bursary application using the link below, promptly upon submission of their online Admissions application.
Applications for bursaries for returning pupils must be submitted every year at the same time as re-enrolment.
Please note that due to budget limits, late applications are unlikely to be successful. If you have any questions please contact us at bursaries@jmanuel.uk.net
French Government Financial Aid
Financial aid from the French Government is also available for French applicants.
You may be eligible for financial aid from the Agence pour l’Enseignement Français à l’Étranger (AEFE) if your child has French nationality and is registered with the French Consulate.
Families who are awarded a bursary from the French Government (including partial bursaries) will automatically be granted a bursary from the School equal to the difference between the School fees for the year and the AEFE threshold.
Pupils who are not eligible for the French Government bursaries are of course more than welcome to apply for a School bursary directly.
